If liquid, powdery
or grainy products have to be
packed under vacuum, it is necessary to use a
vertical vacuum packing machine to avoid that
the product runs out of the open bag.
The filled vacuum bags are placed (eventually held by a special
stainless steel box) in the upright vacuum chamber.
