  In the example left our large-space single chamber machine EK 1000 (on the photo left) has been combined with our automatic shrink dip tank ATT 77/3 D Super and the draining station AS 2.

BOSS EK 1000 is a vacuum single chamber machine with a flat chamber bottom.

After the working cycle the vacuum packs are automatically transported out of the chamber. By passing the dip tank’s photoelectric barrier, the finished vacuum packs release the tank’s working cycle. After the vacuum packs have been dipped into the hot water, the shrinked packs are automatically transported to the draining station.

Usually, a connecting transport conveyor between this special single chamber machine and the shrink dip tank isn’t necessary.

The vacuum machine’s command unit is installed behind a stainless steel door – protected against splashes.
