NF 2/21 is a
vacuum tabletop machine which has been especially designed for the
vacuum packaging of long
products.
For example: It is no problem to pack whole eels or salmons, whole
sausages or complete salamis. The vacuum chamber is relatively low
in order to reach the high vacuum necessary for the packaging of
sensitive food in the shortest possible time.
High-quality stainless steel finish,
equipped with a double welding system (or optional free-of-charge
with separating welding), a digital control system or a programmable
sensor control, a quick-stop for packing liquids (e.g. soup, sauces,
marinade), a large vacuum indicator and insertion plates for level
adjustment.
For the vacuum packing of soft and
sensitive products the machine can be delivered with a gas flush
device.
