The machine is
made of stainless steel and well equipped with a double welding
system, a digital control system Z 2000, a quick-stop for packing
liquids (e.g. soup, sauces, marinade), a large vacuum indicator
and insertion plates for level adjustment.
The high-performance vacuum pump with 16
m³/h makes it possible to pack sensitive food like fresh meat,
sausages, poultry, ready-to-serve meals (e.g. stew, roast, goulash,
soup).
For the vacuum packing of soft and sensitive
products the machine can be delivered with a gas flush device.
