The machine is
made of stainless steel and well equipped with a double welding
system, a quick-stop for packing liquids (e.g. soup, sauces, marinade)
and insertion plates for level adjustment.
The programmable sensor control Z 3000 offers
a very easy operation, a vacuum and gas sensor, 99 memory locations,
a vacuum process up to the vaporization point, a stage-vacuum and
a continuous operation / service button.
The high-performance vacuum pump makes it
possible to pack sensitive food like fresh meat, sausages, poultry,
ready-to-serve meals (e.g. stew, roast, goulash, soup).
For the vacuum packing of soft and sensitive
products the machine can be delivered with a gas flush device.
