| A BOSS filling boy
is made of a fixture to fix the device firmly onto the working table
and a flexible funnel. The watered cellular skin is put over the funnel and the meat pieces are filled in. Then the filled skin is pressed intensely and closed with a broad clip by using a BOSS clipping device. |
