BOSS EK 1000 is a vacuum single chamber machine with a flat chamber bottom. After the working cycle the vacuum packs are automatically transported out of the chamber. The height-adjustable transport conveyor can be taken completely out of the chamber (to be able to pack exceptionally high products or to clean the chamber).

High-quality stainless steel finish, equipped with a high pressure welding system or a “Top/bottom welding” (necessary for the sealing of particularly thick vacuum bags or aluminium bags) or a “Separately controllable separating welding” (to cut off neatly the excess length of the bag), a programmable sensor control. For the vacuum packing of soft and sensitive products the machine can be delivered with a gas flush device. If the machine is equipped with an automatic lid shift it is no longer necessary to pull the lid manually from one chamber to the other.

High-performance vacuum pump either with 160 m³/h or 250 m³/h or 300 m³/h dependent on the required packaging output.
