The quality of
sensitive electronic components are
often endangered by external influences. The packaging under vacuum
or in modified atmosphere (if necessary under clean room conditions)
can provide protection against oxidation, moisture, drying, ultraviolet
rays, dust (electrostatic charge !) and mechanical damages.
It is important to find the optimum combination of
machine and vacuum bag (e.g. antistatic bag) for
each particular product.
