Our standard vacuum bags are 90 μ thick and have been specially developed for use in professional vacuum chamber machines. They are made of a two-layer material PA/PE (20/70) with high mechanical seam strength and puncture resistance.

For the packaging of highly-sensitive electronic components we use so-called Moisture Barrier Bags. These comply with the guidelines specified in IPC/JSTD 33b with regard to vapour permeability and ESD category. The same applies to our drying agent and moisture indicators.

Get an overview of the normal vacuum bag / sealed-edge bag sizes in thicknesses of 140 – 160 μ. Other bag thicknesses upon request. We would be happy to produce a personal quotation for you – just contact us! When products with sharp edges have to be vacuum packed, particularly thick bags are used to prevent leaks.

Our boil-in-the-bag vacuum bags have a temperature resistance of -40 to 115°C. Neither compound adhesion problems nor soft, opening seams occur. The very good barrier values ensure maximum durability. The material is suitable for pasteurisation and sterilisation.
