BS-40 sealing device with vacuum function

Our model BS-40 is a moveable vacuum tray sealing device including automatic foil collection, with which various tray types made of different materials can be vacuumed, gas flushed and sealed.

Sealing / sealing frame
Automatic contour cutting, compressed-air assistance for reliable sealing, Teflon-coated surface, simple insertion, user-friendly tool and foil change, vacuum chamber made of stainless steel.
A large selection of sealing frames available at short notice, special sizes upon request.

Operation
Programmable sensor control with 5 memory locations for product-oriented adjustment of temperature, vacuum, gas and sealing time. Precise vacuum and gas sensor.

Automatic foil collection
The stamped-out foil is wound up once again at the back by means of a foil feeding device.
