Filling aid
The soaked fibrous casing is fitted over the funnel and the meat pieces pushed in. Then the filled fibrous casing is pressed firmly into the case using a clipping device and sealed with a broad clip.
Various sizes
The filling aid is available in three different sizes:
- Up to 150 gauge
- Up to 180 gauge
- Up to 240 gauge
